Rose Wine Oasis and More at Mary Brickell Village

MIAMI.- If you like vino rosé, chicken skewers and grilled shrimp or mini burgers, you are in the right place. The Hampton Social Miami presents its new H Ros full of flavor and summer breeze.

We are launching our proprietary H-Ros wine, which is a brand owned by Parker Hospitality. It is a rosé that is made in California in the French provincial style, said manager Marques Rodríguez.

Rosé wine is central to the menu at Hampton Social Miami, which focuses on a variety of rosé wines, including traditional and sparkling varieties from France, Italy and California.

Located on the second floor of Mary Brickell Village, this 8,000-square-foot venue offers lunch, dinner, brunch the weekend and happy hour with a wide selection of liquors.

Try Gin on the nick of thymea cocktail made of grapefruit infused with gin, thyme, black pepper and lemon.

The restaurant opened its doors last February and features marine décor accented with large windows and exposed wooden beams, complemented by shell chandeliers.

We are doing very well and we will be even better once people know us more, said the waiter Leo.

Founded by Brad Parker of Parker Hospitality, this is the tenth location they have opened in the US.

The menu features New England-inspired dishes, including lobster rolls, grilled octopus, and plenty of appetizers.
