With its 14.2 Kg, the Pro2 will not be the easiest to carry under the arm, but the counterpart of this rather substantial weight is that we have a very attractive technical sheet.
Like most models, we are in the presence of traction with a motor housed in the front wheel. The latter develops 300Watts and allows you to drive calmly, even when you are on a hill. Of course limited to 25Km/h by the regulations, the Pro2 relies on its 12800mAh battery in order to be able to cover up to 45Km. In short, more than enough to cover most daily trips.
To achieve this autonomy, it will of course be necessary to take advantage of the KERS located in the front wheel; As in F1 or WRC, it is an energy recovery system that allows the battery to be recharged from the movement of the wheel, while braking the machine. In an emergency, a disc brake located on the rear wheel can stop the machine very quickly. We won’t be afraid of slipping, since this scooter is equipped with ABS on the front wheel, which will prevent it from locking up.
Here, no inflated tires, but 8.5-inch non-slip envelopes that absorb some of the shocks. The bulk of the work will be done by real shock absorbers, a guarantee of comfort. Finally, the cockpit is not neglected with an LED screen which allows to know its speed, the remaining autonomy and the mileage of the machine. Finally, for more details, the Mi Home application will be there. Note that this scooter comes with a code padlock and is IP54 certified, i.e. dust and water splash proof.
