THE Samsung Ocean opened registration for free classes and courses in February. At first, the student will have access to 11 activitieswith five in face-to-face format on the campus of Manaus (AM) and other 11 being offered in remote mode. Recently, the initiative offered 28 technological training courses.

This program, now, continues with themes already known as the Internet of Things, but is also bringing new themes, including Schedule and prototyping. In addition, classes will be taught by professors from Samsung partner universities, namely: UEA (University of the State of Amazonas), USP (University of São Paulo) and unicamp (University of Campinas).

The schedule of classes, in turn, includes activities carried out in the first half of next month. In this sense, the students will have the opportunity to learn about the Programming Trail for the web, focusing on Python, CSS and HTML. The contents will be presented on the days 13, 14 and 15 and last for three hours, starting at 6 pm.

At the State University of Manaus, face-to-face courses on Basic Electronics for Digital Fabrication and a course of Digital Manufacturing with a focus on 3D Printing. Eduardo Conejo is Senior Innovation Manager in the Research and Development area at Samsung and commented on the initiative:
