Celestino Fernndez Martinez has been provisionally suspended by the Spanish Commission for the Fight against Doping in Sport (CELAD) after a presumed positive with an unspecified substance as reported ‘Cycle 21’.
The runner is a master category 40, police officer and lives in Valencia. In 2022 he won the Spanish Duathlon Championship and this same year he also won the Flat Challenge.
