  • From 1,810 to 22,400 pesos, for each of the undeclared obligations
  • From 1,810 to 44 thousand 790 pesos, in case it is outside the indicated period
  • From 17 thousand 190 pesos to 34 thousand 350 pesos, for not presenting the compensation notice
  • From 18 thousand 360 to 36 thousand 740 pesos, for not presenting the declarations in the electronic media, being obliged to do so, presenting it after the deadline or not complying with the requirements of the tax authorities to present them or complying with them outside the periods indicated in the themselves.

An economic fine would not be the only penalty for taxpayers, since the federal tax can also generate various problems for taxpayers, such as:
