School liberation and children’s ball in Hörbranz

On Shrove Tuesday, the large Hörbranz carnival party, led by Princess Simone and Prince Hubert and their fluffy entourage, accompanied by the Hörbranz robber barons and the Hörbranz children’s guard, and announced everywhere by the Leiblachtal shawms, set off again. After visiting the Raiffeisenbank Bodensee-Leiblachtal, the middle school and the elementary school were released. The children from the forest kindergarten also met the royal couple on the church square. In the afternoon, the big children’s ball, the last ball for this year’s carnival season, was on the program. Children and the carnival guild really celebrated the fifth season in the Leiblachtalsaal. The Leiblachtal shawms played, the prince couple show was performed and the children’s guard presented their show and guard dance. The afternoon flew by with throwing games, airbrush make-up, rehearsing the prince’s show dance, braiding hair, a great photo wall where the pictures could be printed out and taken with you, and games on the Leiblachtalsaal stage. At the end, all the children in the hall were gathered for a polonaise and the show dance was danced together on the stage.
