"See a victory" Christian song that helped American nurse kidnapped in Haiti

HAITI.- Alix Dorsainvil, American nurse who was kidnapped along with her daughter in Haiti last week, confessed that a Christian song titled «See a Victory» Christian band Elevation Workship, helped her and that became her rallying cry.

Dorsainvil, who belongs to the christian aid organization Roi Haiti founded by her husband, said that God He was present at the fire with her and her daughter, and he prayed that he would find enough words to tell the story.

Alix Dorsainvil and her daughter were released on Wednesdaynearly two weeks after they were abducted at gunpoint from the campus of a Christian-run school near the capital Port-au-Prince.

Gang warfare has increasingly ravaged Haiti since the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse in 2021.
