Self-defence, violence prevention and conflict resolution
This course is specially designed to meet the needs and dangerous situations of young boys. More and more boys of their age find themselves, unintentionally, in conflict situations. In this course you will learn how things don’t get that far, what options you have for preventing violence and ultimately for defending yourself.
In addition to preventing violence in conflict situations, we teach simple (= quick learning success) but efficient and effective defense techniques.
