Chairman Sighart Brunner welcomed the large number of visitors to the trade fair from the local group Höchst’s pensioners’ association.
He read out the names of the members who died in 2022, for whom a candle was lit in memory. With 28 deaths, the number was particularly high this year. Dorlis Bacher had organized the Mass and commemorated the deceased with the commemorative text: “Nothing was in vain if we had to go one day”. Pastor Ioan Sandor celebrated Holy Mass with the visitors. This was musically framed by Mrs. Simone Humpeler with atmospheric songs.
Sighart Brunner thanked the visitors for taking part and everyone who contributed to the success of the festive fair.
Hermann Koch and Michele d’Alsazia distributed a Santa present to the visitors when they left.
