Sergio Ramos has shared this Friday one of those moments that he will never be able to forget. The Sevillian has been able to meet Peter Saul, one of those artists who are part of the history of painting and who plays a leading role in the exclusive collection of paintings owned by the footballer. On his Instagram profile, Ramos has shown several images of the food that he has enjoyed with the painter and has dedicated some fantastic words to him.

Peter Saul will be 90 years old next August and throughout his life he has been one of the most outstanding artists of pop art, surrealism and expressionism. He grew up in comic book-influenced art and later did some interpretations of the Vietnam War and psychological portraits of politicians and other celebrities before beginning to interpret historical masterpieces. He also represented paintings by Rembrandt and even Picasso’s Guernica with much more color in his own way..
