Several people have alerted the police about an explosion at an apartment building in Skarpnäck in southern Stockholm. On site, the police were able to establish that there had been a detonation in a stairwell.
There is currently no information that anyone has been physically injured.
Several acts of violence have taken place in Stockholm during Friday evening.
One shot to death
At 22:00 one was found lifeless man outdoors in Solna, north of Stockholm, after a shooting. His life could not be saved.
Earlier in the evening it was fired at an apartment door in Fruängen in southern Stockholm.

The police are looking into whether there is a connection between the incidents.
Special event
During a press conference, the police said that a special event has been initiated due to the violence in Stockholm.
– In general, you can say that we have a very high level of conflict between several different criminal networks, some of which are particularly prominent right now, said the police’s commanding officer, Hanna Paradis.
