Several Cubans are among those displaced by a large arson fire that consumed the Temple Court apartment complex in the city of Miami.

Figueroa, who faces charges of attempted murder with a firearm, felony and setting arson, acknowledged what he had done and “that he expected to be in prison for the rest of his life,” the arrest report states.
