The Weather Service issued a severe storm watch for several Texas counties on Saturday.
The severe storm watch affects Austin, Brazoria, Brazos, Burleson, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Grimes, Hardin, Harris, Jasper, Jefferson, Liberty, Montgomery, Newton, Orange, Walker, Waller counties and Washington County .
Strong winds of up to 75 miles per hour, possible tornadoes and hail are forecast.
The watch runs until 1 am Sunday.
