Dan Slott, one of the comic book writers behind She-Hulk, has now addressed a common criticism of the series on Twitter. Many eventually complained that too many aspects of the comics had been changed for the series. But according to Scott, the She-Hulk series is the most accurate adaptation of a comic in the world to date Marvel Cinematic Universe.
She-Hulk and staying true to the original
“I’m the guy who’s written more She Hulk books than anyone else“, according to Slott on Twitter. “I’ve read every single comic from every She Hulk run. And for the record, it’s the most accurate comic book show in the MCU.“
The website Comicbookmovie highlights another tweet that Slott published after his original statement. So he also turned to those who were concerned about the “twerk scene” had complained in the series due to lack of accuracy: “People say the twerking scene in She-Hulk didn’t exist in the comics… Brynne made She-Hulk jump rope in a bikini. I had them sing karaoke, dance and party so hard that structural damage was done to the Avengers mansion” said the comic book writer.
