The “Sopranos” star John Ventimiglia (59) mourns the loss of his daughter Odele. She died on January 12 at the age of only 25, as her mother Belinda Cape now writes on Facebook.
“We are heartbroken to publish the obituary of our beloved Odele,” Cape said. She also writes about a funeral service that took place on Thursday in New York.
It is not yet known why Odele died. Tragic: The young woman leaves behind her little daughter, who was only born in November. Grandmother Belinda Cape set up a relief petition for baby Shiloh.
On the website “Go Fund Me” over 50,000 US dollars have already been donated to give the little one a future.
“Odele was loved very much and leaves a huge hole in our lives,” said Odele’s mother, who is mourning with sister Lucinda and father John. He has not yet publicly reported his loss.
John Ventimiglia played the character Artie Bucco in the acclaimed mafia series The Sopranos (1999-2007).
