A man was transported to a hospital after sustaining several gunshot wounds due to a shooting that took place around 6:50 a.m. this Monday, on Avenida Brisas del Campanero, PR-867, in Toa Baja.
According to preliminary information, a call alerted the authorities about shots being fired at the scene. Upon arrival at the scene, officers found the individual inside a white Honda Accord vehicle.
At this time, the victim has not been identified.
His condition and the motive for the events are unknown.
Police investigate.
