A mega coup! US lifestyle icon Martha Stewart (81) is the oldest woman in the history of the magazine and adorns the swimwear issue of “Sports Illustrated”.
She shows Americans how to bake, cook and clean. Now she’s showing us all how gorgeous an 81-year-old cover girl can look in a bathing suit. Wow!

She used to be a constant presence in print magazines (including her own) and on television. Today she shows on all social media channels how to set up, clean, cook, bake and take care of the garden.

Stewart’s eventful life provides material for several feature films
Born in 1941 as the second of six siblings – Martha’s parents had emigrated from Poland to the USA because of the Second World War. She learned cooking and baking from her mother and gardening skills from her father. She financed her college years with modeling jobs before her career really took off in the 80s with her own magazines and TV shows.
Today she is considered a “super housewife”. As a lifestyle pope, but also as a tough businesswoman. She never stood still, never became an “old, dusty housewife”, but always went new, courageous paths.
For all cooking fans: Martha Stewart is considered, among other things, to be the inventor of the so-called “One Pot Pasta”, in which all the ingredients are simmered in one pot to form a pasta dish.
Martha Stewart has written 99 cookbooks and opened her first Las Vegas restaurant, The Bedford, in 2022. 194 places, completely furnished like the winter house on Stewart’s farm in the US state of Virginia.
However, her beautiful CV has two spots.
In 2004, Stewart was tried for perjury related to her stock sales, conspiracy and obstruction of justice in America. She was sentenced to five months in prison and five months house arrest and was being held at Alderson Federal Prison Camp in West Virginia as inmate 55170-054. In 2017, her name also appeared in the course of tax research for the “Paradise Papers”.

The share price of her company “Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia” (she holds 60 percent) shot up between September 2004 and February 2005, tripling. So she earned $ 660 million during her prison time and then started two new TV shows.
