Dusseldorf.
In the cities of North Rhine-Westphalia, the schools are never far from where the children live. This emerges from an interactive map of IT.NRW.

Primary schools can be reached anywhere in NRW in less than ten minutes – at least by car. This comes from an updated interactive school map of NRW, which the Statistical Office IT.NRW published on Thursday.

In NRW cities, the distances to school are short

The map provides information about which schools of which type of school are located in the municipality at your place of residence for the 2022/23 school year. And it shows which means of transport take how long to get there on average – i.e. on foot, by bicycle, by public transport or by car.
