“At this stage, we cannot draw conclusions from what happened,” said the minister, referring to an investigation that “starts”. According to information from BFMTV, the suspect, a 16-year-old teenager, suffers from “proven psychiatric disorders”.

“Tracks leading to a psychiatric situation have been mentioned, we will look and draw conclusions,” said Pap Ndiaye on this subject.
The latter also recalled that 20% more psychologists and nurses were going to be recruited by National Education “from next year”, the “training time”.
