For several weeks are the Steam sales charts firmly in Shooter hands, with a few exceptions. But now the recently released action-adventure Star Wars Jedi: Survivor for Attack for the top spot blown. We will not only tell you whether this was crowned with success, but of course we will also present you the current top 10.
Who is #1 on the Steam Charts?
As a quick glance reveals, it wasn’t quite enough for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor to take the throne of the Steam sales chart. Although the action-adventure was able to climb a few places, it currently has to improve settle for second place. The multiplayer shooter Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, which is currently setting one record after the other, is still in first place. The battle royale shooter Apex Legends can also be found on the podium, which compared to the previous week gain some ground could.
Furthermore, we can welcome games like War Thunder and Age of Wonders 4 in the top 10, while titles like Lost Ark and Wartales had to say goodbye after a short time. This is how the Steam sales charts are created
For the calculation of the current top 10 of the Steam sales charts was not previously the sheer number of copies sold of the respective games, but always the turnover achieved of the software or hardware sold. So, especially expensive products had an “advantage”. Meanwhile, however also Free2Play games taken into account in the calculation. The sales charts listed above refer to the period from May 1st to May 6th, 2023. The charts presented by us are published weekly in one XML feed on Steam issued.
