The local Hydrometeorology Directorate reported that it continues the yellow alert for the high temperatures that will be recorded in the next few hours in La Plata. According to the extended forecast, relief could arrive on Wednesday afternoon as isolated showers and storms are expected in the region.

Taking into account that the alert is in force, the specialists indicated that the risk is slight but clarified that the persistence of several days with high temperatures can be dangerous for babies and young children; elderly and chronically ill. For this reason, they recommended staying hydrated and not being exposed to the sun.

On the other hand, the experts indicated that partly cloudy skies and unstable weather are expected for this Wednesday, with high chances of rain and showers in the afternoon. The minimum will be 21°C and the maximum 32°C.

For Thursday, meanwhile, there will be somewhat to partly cloudy skies with moderate winds from the east. The thermometer will mark a minimum of 19°C and a maximum of 29°C.
