Capcom has introduced three more characters for Street Fighter 6: The new trailer for the fighting game shows the two returnees Zangief and Cammy, and Lily is a rather lively newcomer. With the trio, the starting line-up for the release in June is now complete.
Two hugely popular fighters return to the series in Zangief and Cammy. Russian Zangief, who debuted in 1991’s Street Fighter II: The World Warrior, shows his old strength in the video. Visually, the muscular wrestler hasn’t changed much, even if he has one or the other new trick up his sleeve. Cammy, on the other hand, appears in Street Fighter 6 with a new hairstyle and changed outfit and should now make opponents sweat even more with her extended move set.
The third character, on the other hand, is a completely new addition: Lily is a member of the Thunderfoot tribe, which also includes T-Hawk. Even if the little one looks quite dainty at first, she can always rely on the forces of nature in battle and also dish out a lot with two war clubs.
The three now complete the starting roster, which includes a total of 18 fighters: Zangief, Lily, Cammy, Ryu, Chun-Li, Luke, Jamie, Guile, Kimberly, Juri, Ken, Blanka, Dhalsim, E. Honda, Dee Jay, Manon, Marisa, and JP. Street Fighter 6 will be released on June 2, 2023.
