Excellent conclusion for the third “Who wants to be a millionaire? The 3 million euro week”: With an excellent market share of 19.9% in the 14-59 target group, the full-length finale was the market leader on Friday evening in this target group. A total of 4.86 million were sent to a very strong market share of 20.0% (from 3 years). And in the young target group aged 14-49, Finale achieved an excellent 23.2% market share and was also the market leader here.
The final value of 19.9 for the 14-59 year olds was also the highest value for a WWM special since 2019.
With an average market share of 14.7% (14-59 years) and 3.83 million mailings from the 3rd year (MA: 16.2%) for all 5 episodes, the third “Who wants to be a millionaire? The 3- Million Euro Week” compared to the previous special week of the same name in August 2022 by 0.8 percentage points (14-59 years) or 0.1 percentage points (from 3 years).
Afterwards, the RTL Nachtjournal also impressed with strong ratings. In the target group of 14 to 59 year olds, the late news achieved a strong market share of 16.6 percent.
With a daily market share of 12.9 percent, RTL was well ahead of the competition in the 14-59 target group (ZDF: 10.5 percent, ARD: 7.4 percent, ProSieben: 6.3 percent, SAT.1: 6.1 %, VOX: 5.3%).
With a daily market share of 14.3 percent, RTL was also far ahead of the competition among 14-49 year olds (ProSieben: 8.4 percent, ZDF: 8.3 percent, ARD: 6.7 percent, SAT.1: 6 .5%, VOX: 5.5%).
