Atresmedia and Mediaset maintain an open war in terms of audiences. On Antena 3, Susanna Griso is the queen of the mornings, while on Telecinco Ana Rosa Quintana does the same. An eternal television rivalry that on many occasions has pointed to a bad relationship between the two presenters, something that both one and the other have always denied.

In the months before Ana Rosa Quintana jumps into the evenings after saying goodbye to ‘Save me’, Susanna Griso talks openly about her ‘rivalry’ with the woman from Madrid. “What the years teach you is that in the end, this is a very changing business in which you never know which faces you are going to find”, the host of Antena 3 began by saying on ATRESplayer Day.

fostered rivalry

“There are many colleagues like Ana Rosa Quintana, who started working with me, then we were competitors and now we won’t be again,” says Susanna Griso, referring to the changes that will take place at Telecinco for the new television season. “Above the rivalry, there must always be a certain lordship,” he adds.

“I think that the rivalry has been highly encouraged from the outside because it was interesting to sell the anger between the queens of the morning, but in the human, the relationship is much closer than has always been told”, concludes the presenter of ‘Espejo Público’.
