– The Sweden Democrats note a decline this month as well and are now actually down to their lowest level since November 2017, says Torbjörn Sjöström, CEO of Novus.
Without any individual movements that are statistically certain in this poll compared to last month, a picture of a powerful advantage for the opposition is nevertheless consolidated. While the parties that form the basis of the government collect 43.5 percent of voter support, the opposition parties together have 55 percent.
The moderates stand out
On the government side, only the Moderates show positive figures in voter support since the parliamentary election. When the Sweden Democrats have instead lost, the Moderates have in this way again seized second place in size among the parties in the Riksdag.
Otherwise, it can be noted that there are four parties that are in a difficult position close to or below the Riksdag barrier. While the Green Party and the Center Party have some air above the bar, both the Christian Democrats and the Liberals are below the bar. The worst is the situation for the Liberals.
