The report published on the website of Today Crypto shared it with an episode of Black Mirror, the acclaimed Netflix series, but the Synthetic Party is much more real, as much as the fact that their leader is an artificial intelligence (AI).
The report details that this AI is basically a ChatBot called Leader Lars and the political party he leads has been identified as the Synthetic Party, Partido Sintético in Spanish and is currently campaigning in Denmark.
Synthetic was created as part of a protest against ignored issues and ideas. The AI was fed from surveys made to people who abstained from voting or who simply marked null during the 2019 general elections.
That segment, which represents 15 percent of Denmark, did not feel represented by the presidential candidates, so artificial intelligence began to formulate proposals based on their opinions and comments.

In an interview for El Periódico de España, the Danish artist and researcher Asker Bryld Staunæs, founder of the Synthetic Party, describes the artificial candidate Leader Lars as a candidate for the Danish parliament who does not steal or conspire, immune to bribery, pressure and blackmail.
However, “he is not moved by the eviction of a family, the rare disease of a child or the precariousness of pensioners,” says the report.
Synthetic AI presents as its main proposal that the universal basic income in Denmark is 100 thousand Danish crowns per month, equivalent to 13,700 dollars and which represents more than double the average salary in that country. It also proposes the formation of IT companies and Internet-based technologies with the participation of the Danish government.
In order for this Synthetic Party candidate to participate in the elections, the rules and laws that allow him to do so must still be created. The collective would prepare for the 2025 elections.
