Hijole, the truth is that there is even to winnow. Surely in the last few days they have come across the TikTok trend in which everyone brings up those cinematographic traumas who have left us several tapes. all set to music with “Stop Crying Your Heart Out” of Oasis.

But let’s go in parts. A cinematographic trauma (for those who walk with a what face?) is basically when you see a movie that affects you to the degree of leaving you emotionally marked. In other words: leaves you in a state of “shock”.

Many movies have left us with cinematographic traumas

Whether for very violent and shocking scenes, or a very deep and reflective emotional plot Sometimes based on true events, several films manage to make us identify with the characters to the point of causing an existential crisis.

In the case of trend de TikTok that we mentioned to you, the cinematographic traumas are many and not very pleasant, because on several occasions they only leave us thinking that happy endings do not exist and there is nothing left but to accept reality.

These are 10 of our film traumas

We got on the train and Here we list 10 of the cinematographic traumas that strongly marked us. Although of course, we speak from a personal experience that may not exactly be the same from your person.

Here is our top 10 movie traumas:

10.- The end of Requiem for a Dream

Hijole, sure a lot have the end of the tape that Darren Aronofsky as one of his film traumas. And it is that of course, if we witness how the lives of four people change and their dreams are destroyed by drug abuse.

However, one of our cinematographic traumas is with Mrs. Sara GoldfarbWell, her hallucinations about attending the contest she so longed for and wearing that red dress that leads her to become addicted to diet pills, makes us think that the lady deserved a different ending.

9.- The death of Susie Salmon in ‘The Lovely Bones’

In 2008, Saoirse Ronan played Susie Salmon in Peter Jackson’s ‘The Lovely Bones’, which tells us how a girl is murdered by her neighbor and the journey/pain of a family to find out the truth behind the crime. A pretty strong movie, the net.

Our cinematographic trauma with this film was that Susie, before being murdered, makes a date with her crush from school. Something that never happens since the neighbor in question murders her inside a kind of basement that she builds in the middle of the field.

8.- The death of the professor in ‘Always by your side’

Every self-respecting dog lover has cried with the movie ‘Always by your side’, by director Lasse Hallströmwhich tells us about the life of Hachiko, an Akita dog who by chance arrives at the home of a teacher with whom he becomes very close.

The tape is based on a true story that occurred in Japan and without a doubt, that scene where Hachi returns to the train station and waits for his owner (something he did daily) breaks our hearts as the professor died of cardiac arrest that day and the puppy never knew or understood.

Fans of this movie remember that Hachi had a feeling and wanted to play with his ball (something he never did before) as long as the teacher didn’t go to work that day.

What would the story have been like if the man stayed at home? Nobody knows, but that Hachiko’s story is a cinematic trauma, there is no doubt about that.

7.- The end of ‘La La Land’

Hijole, we are going to dare to say We’ve all seen this Damien Chazelle gem that left us bawling for reminding us that in life you don’t always stay by the side of the person you love, because destiny sometimes has other plans.

In the case of the protagonists, Sebastian (Ryan Gosling) y Mia (Emma Stone) They meet at a time in their lives where they both have dreams and aspirations. In the end they meet them, but separately. Would it have been the same if they decided to be together during the plot?

In 2016, Emilia Clarke played Louisa Clarka girl from the UK who ends up as an assistant William Traynor (Sam Claflin)a handsome and successful businessman who became a quadriplegic after an accident and now seeks to have an assisted suicide in Switzerland.

In the film, Louisa tries to get Will to regain the will to live and together they go through unforgettable experiences. In fact, at some point it makes us think that the subject changed his mind, however, in the end the young woman went to Switzerland to say goodbye to her lover and left us with one of the many cinematographic traumas in our lives.

5.- Peter Parker’s decision in ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’

2021 was crazy for Spider-Man fans, because in the tape ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ we were able to check the multi-verse of the arachnid superhero. Although of course, the fee we pay in the end to see Toby Maguire y Andrew Garfield in history was quite high.

We don’t just say it for Aunt May’s death, but also because in the end Peter Parker makes the decision to remember him in order to save the world, as well as the lives of his friends and his girlfriend. Definitely, one of our most recent and painful film traumas.

4.- Cedric’s death in ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’

Harry Potter fans cry throughout all the films of the young wizard, but if there was a scene that gave us one of our cinematographic traumas, it was the one where Cedric Diggory dies on the orders of Lord Voldemort, in the movie ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’

As you remember, Cedric participates in the Triwizard Tournament and is killed while trying to help Harry in the graveyard. His death represents the arrival of dark moments at Hogwart and I don’t know about you, but Cedric’s dad crying when he found out his son had died simply left us speechless.

This is one of those cinematographic traumas that everyone knows. At the end of the second part of la historia de Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield)we see how Spider-Man tries to save his girlfriend, Gwen Stacy, who was kidnapped by the Green Goblin.

The painful thing about this movie is that Peter Parker does everything to save Gwen and uses his web to break her fall. from a tower Although in the end our hero manages to catch her, Gwen Stacy breaks her neck and dies instantly. That shouldn’t have happened, I fall for it!

2.- Loving you hurts

Because Mexican films also leave us cinematographic traumas and the proof is Loving You Hurts (2002)a film starring Martha Higareda where we learn the story of Ulises and Renata, two young people from different social classes who fall in love.

At the end of the tape and after their environment refuses to accept their love, Ulises and Renata decide to escape together. something that doesn’t happen Mariana (Ximena Sariñana), Renata’s sister, discovers the plan and notifies Francisco, her brother’s ex.about what happens.

Francisco –played by Poncho Herrera– arrives at the bus station and accidentally shoots Renata, who dies but not before telling Ulises that he loves him. From then on we all hate Mariana and we wonder how the story would have ended if she hadn’t been a gossip.

It is not for nothing that the trend of cinematographic traumas is set to music with the song “Stop Crying Your Heart Out” de Oasis, Well, that song also appears on the tape. ‘The Butterfly Effect’which basically reminds us that the actions of our past have repercussions in the future.

The protagonist of the film Evan Treborn (Ashton Kutcher), has the ability to go back in time and change things from your past to improve your life and that of your loved ones. However, every time he does it drastically changes his present.

In the end Evan realizes this and decides to travel to the past to stop having that ability to go back in time. which is notleaves you wondering what his life would have been like if he had never tried to change the events of his pastespecially that of meeting Kayleigh.
