PARS.- The pop star Taylor Swift offered a colorful concert in Paris on Thursday, with new songs and an atmosphere of excitement, at the start of his tour The Eras Tour by Europa than taking it to Madrid, London or Munich.
For more than three hours of show, the singer The 34-year-old delighted the 42,000 spectators who packed the La Défense Arena for Swift’s first concert since the release of her most recent album in April.

The American megastar reserved other surprises for the Parisian public: ballet choreographies, plays of lights and new extravagant outfits that always cause a lot of talk on social networks.
“Being the first date in Europe, we expected a lot and, really, it was great and super surprising,” said Caroline Vincent, 24, among a group of followers in sequin suits, ankle boots and heart-shaped glasses.
In order to include the new songs, Swift had to cut the millimeter show presented in America, Asia and Australia in which she reviewed her first ten works.
Since his debut with Taylor Swift (2006), the then emerging country star has become the biggest figure in international pop, with 110 million monthly listeners on Spotify (compared to 70 for Beyonc or Dua Lipa).
Despite an average ticket price of 180 euros ($194), the promoter of the tour in France, Arnaud Meersseman, said that they would have been able to fill the Dfense Arena, where they have four dates scheduled, 12 or 14 times.
Among the public, 30% of the spectators came from outside France, according to figures communicated by the concert hall.
Christine Sloane, 53, and her daughters Alison and Mari, ages 12 and 10, traveled from Washington. “It couldn’t be better. It was completely different. I think he was inspired by the city,” said the mother.
Launched in March 2023, Taylor Swift’s sixth tour became the first in history to raise more than $1 billion at the end of the year. The forecast is to double the figure when the curtain closes in December in Canada.
In Europe, concerts are planned in Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Poland and Austria.
