The Gunners’ disappointment against Everton

1. Arsenal surprised by Everton! First match and first big blow for Sean Dyche. At the end of a balanced match, Everton and their new coach surprised Arsenal (1-0) on Matchday 22 of the Premier League. It was Tarkowski who scored the only goal of the game by heading a corner from McNeil (60th). With this second setback of the season in the league, the Gunners remain leaders with 5 points ahead of Manchester City. The Toffees give themselves some air by temporarily climbing 17th position.
2. Liverpool sinks… Unrecognizable, Liverpool chained a fourth unsuccessful league game and, worse still, definitively sank on the ground of Wolverhampton (0-3). Leaded by an own goal from Matip (7th) and an achievement from Dawson (12th) from the start of the game, the Reds then failed again in front of Neves (71st). In the standings, the teammates of Salah and Nunez, who no longer weigh on the opposing defenses, occupy a disappointing 10th place…
3. Manchester United confirm. The weeks pass and Manchester United continues to confirm its return to form! Crystal Palace winners (2-1), the Red Devils took advantage of a penalty from Fernandes (7th) then a realization from Rashford (62nd), the fit man, to take the lead. Despite the narrowing of Schlupp’s gap (76th) a few minutes after Casemiro’s expulsion, Erik ten Hag’s men held on to this success and take 3rd place in the standings.
4. Newcastle stalls. Home, Newcastle conceded a draw against West Ham (1-1). Wilson (3rd) had yet put the Magpies in front of the scoreboard, but Paqueta (32nd) finally gallis for the Londoners. In the ranking, the Toons will therefore settle for a fourth place this weekendnow trailing third-placed Manchester United by two points.
5. Dortmund rolls, Haller goalscorer! Unlike RB Leipzig, held in check by Cologne (0-0), Borussia Dortmund did not have to play on the 19th day of the Bundesliga. 6. Kolo Muani wears Frankfurt.
