In this sense, it is reported that whoever fails to comply with it “will be penalized with a fine equivalent to the value of between five (5) and fifty (50) monthly salaries of Security Agents (Command Group) of the Police of the Province of Buenos Aires and the confiscation of the fireworks that it has in its possession.
Meanwhile, “if the person who uses fireworks or rocketry recreationally is a minor, the sanction will be imposed on the adult responsible for the minor.”
In addition, you will be penalized with fine, confiscation and closure of the place or business premises where these artifacts are sold for a term of five to ten days.
While, Pyrotechnic devices for practical use are excluded from the law, such as those used in agriculture or meteorology, for mining activity or any other productive or extractive activity, on railways, land and air transport, maritime and fluvial navigation and localization. of people; as well as mechanisms or security systems, fire detection and the like; or for distress signals and emergencies.
Finally, it is established that the destination of the funds originated by the infractions will be used to solve awareness campaigns and provide training for personnel involved in the process of control of the law.
