Joel Campbell is in the orbit of Colo Colo to become a new offensive alternative for Gustavo Quinteros.
Colo Colo is looking for alternatives in attack after the departure of Juan Martín Lucero. At Cacique they dream big and their objective is to shake up the transfer market and be able to hire Joel Campbell, a World Cup player with Costa Rica.
Daniel Jiménez, a journalist from Teletica de Costa Rica, spoke with Dale Albo and gave some of the characteristics that the Costa Rican could bring to Colo Colo’s offense. “He is a very skilled player, he has dribbling, he is powerful, he goes on the attack, he has a goal, but the best thing is that he associates a lot,” said the professional.
To this, he added that the player who played in the World Cups in Brazil 2014, Russia 2018 and Qatar 2022 “was the highlight of Costa Rica in the World Cup.” Of course, he specified that the last season was not so positive in terms of his performance, due to the lack of prominence in the León de México.
