Google and the Japanese games company Skill working on a new one Augmented-Reality-Version of the cult game Space Invaders from 1978. Space Invaders: World Defense will like google tools ARCore, Geospatial Creator and Streetscape Geometry to use.

The game combined AR and 3D renderings and allows for customizable gameplay based on game location, weather and time, reports Hypebeast. Aliens should fly around real places and sights nearby. Cities thus become virtual playgrounds.
