Shortly after the Christmas holidays, a little dog painted like Pikachu rose to international prominence after being framed courtside in an NBA game between the Miami Heat and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Despite the many controversies, the puppy’s owner has done it again…

In fact, in the past few hours the little dog has once again been glimpsed on the parquet during the game between the Chicago Bulls and the Utah Jazz, once again generating quite a few controversies. Initially the dog had been mistaken for a stuffed animal by many spectators and commentators of some American television networks, only later did they realize that it was instead the same puppy seen only a few weeks earlier.

In all of this, how does the dog’s owner stand? The man was fined for having painted the dog but his intention is to pay absolutely nothing since in his opinion he is not committing any crime, reiterating that the dog is his property and can therefore freely decide to put a coat or paint it from Pikachu. Statements that are attracting strong hating towards the owner of the animal, who however reiterates that he is right and therefore does not want to pay any penalty for his behavior.
