One of the most famous and fearsome monsters in science fiction movies is the mighty Godzilla, who we have seen appear in countless feature films for almost 70 years. Since they are never enough, Toho has announced the production of Godzilla Minus Onewith which the famous kaiju will return to the big screen and on which we can see his first official trailer.
In just 30 seconds it is already clear to us that in this new film we will witness a true destruction without limits, with cities completely destroyed, the population panicking, trains flying through the air, buildings falling apart, etc. Basically what a good straight up disaster movie is at the hands of what seems to be one of the scariest Godzilla we’ve ever seen.
Among other details about this new installment of the franchise is that it will be the first live action since it was released. Shin Godzilla in 2016. The management will be the responsibility of Takashi Yamazaki and its plot will be set in the past, specifically to a Japan devastated after the events of World War II due to the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
At the moment, no more details have been revealed about what we can expect from Godzilla Minus One, but of course this little preview anticipates that it is going to be quite spectacular. Its premiere is scheduled for November 3 in Japan, while in the United States it can be seen from December 1stin the absence of confirmation if it will also be distributed in the rest of the world on a similar date.
