Rumors that there was a Nintendo Direct in the works started when things started happening around Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp and people realized how close The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom actually is (May is only three months away !), so it wasn’t surprising when the rumor mill heated up even more last week – and as usual, there’s no smoke but fire.
Nintendo now announces that the first big Nintendo Direct of 2023 will be held at 11:00 PM tomorrow. The show will last approximately 40 minutes and will “mainly” focus on titles launching for Switch in the first half of 2023, so expect to see The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon, Octopath Traveler II and hopefully Hollow Knight: Silksong, Pikmin 4 – and probably some surprise.
