Beijing, Aug 15 (EFECOM).- The reference index of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Hang Seng, closed today with falls of 1.03% in a session marked by real estate losses, although the developer Country Garden, which yesterday it yielded 18.36%, today it managed to add 1.25%.
The selective yielded 192.44 points to 18,581.11, while the index that measures the behavior of mainland Chinese companies listed on the Hong Kong stock market, the Hang Seng China Enterprises, fell 0.89%.
The most pronounced decreases were those of the real estate company Wharf Reic (-8.12%), which was infected by the crisis in the sector.
Henderson Land, China Resources Land or Hang Lung Properties also fell, with losses of 2.88%, 2.7% and 2.26%, respectively.
Insurers Ping An and AIA also closed with losses of 2.1% and 1.38%.
On the other hand, today they added, in addition to Country Garden, their services subsidiary, CG Services (+3.56%), as well as titles from various sectors such as the operator China Mobile (+0.67%) or the technology company Xiaomi ( 0.67%).
The business volume of the session was 192,440 million Hong Kong dollars (24,598 million dollars, 22,512 million euros). EFECOM
