Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen is, without a doubt, one of the most anticipated anime of this 2023. The return of Gojo Satoru It’s always something that makes us happy, but knowing the arcs that are going to be adapted, we celebrate it even more. And it is that, as he commented MAP several months ago, this continuation of the series will include the two most important arcs.
First, we will enjoy the Stellar Plasma Vessel Arc, in which we will learn about Gojo’s past as a student and his relationship with who is now his greatest enemy, Suguru Geto. Afterwards, we will return to the present to witness the Shibuya Incident Arcconsidered by many to be the best arc in Jujutsu Kaisen.
MAPPA wanted to help us with a little guide of everything that will come to the series, indicating the start dates of each arc and the additional content that will be before its beginning:
- Between July 6 and August 3, the first 5 chapters of the series, which encompass the entire adaptation of The Stellar Plasma Vessel Arc.
- Chapter 6, scheduled for August 10, will consist of a compilation of the events that occurred in this arc, as well as the events of Jujutsu Kaisen 0, the film based on the prequel to the series.
- Chapter 7, scheduled for August 17, will offer a complete summary of all the events of the first season of the anime.
- During the week of August 24 there will be a break to prepare for the next arc
- From the August, 31 and until the end of the season, the full adaptation of the Shibuya Incident Arc will be presented.
season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen will come to Crunchyroll the next July 6th. From that day on, (almost) every Thursday until practically the end of the year, since the season, if it is not divided into two parts, will reach about 24 chapters.
