Of the Epic Games Store kicks off 2023 with two free games. Today there is again the opportunity to unpack free PC games – and link them to your collection. For activation at 5 p.m. you get both Kerbal Space Program and Shadow Tactics: Aiko’s Choice for free into your account. You then have one week to secure the two games. If you have done this by January 12th, you can keep the full versions permanently and play them as often as you like.
Two free games this week
In Kerbal Space Program you accompany a space program and send little green creatures called Kerbals into space with different rockets. You not only take care of the planning of all space missions, but also have to construct the rockets from different individual parts. You also have to observe the correct aerodynamics and orbital physics so that your constructions take off properly and fly through space.

In Aikor’s Choice, in turn, maintains a standalone add-on to the tactical game Shadow Tactics on you. In our test you read that the extension serves first-class real-time tactics. There are plus points for three extensive main missions, a usual strong level design and three levels of difficulty for professionals and beginners. At around six hours, the extension is not exactly extensive. Until the new free games are unlocked in the Epic Games Store, you can still pick up Dishonored: Definitive Edition and Eximius: Seize the Frontline, which the Epic Games Store is currently distributing for free.
