WBI Knowledge Management invited to the Meeting Point Knowledge – the network meeting for knowledge management and structured organization in the border triangle.

HIGH EMS The fourth edition of the WBI Knowledge Management meeting place recently took place at the company headquarters in Hohenems and attracted over 100 guests from the border triangle. The event was all about knowledge management and future-oriented company organization and offered numerous impulses and success stories for the participants.

Keynote speakers Wolfgang Gliebe from MSI, Ullrich Michel and Cedric Adler from BASF, Marco Hagspiel from LCS Cable Cranes and Matthias Burtscher presented their perspectives and practical insights into the challenges and benefits of knowledge management. Wolfgang Gliebe emphasized the increasing dynamics and complexity in business and society, while Ullrich Michel and Cedric Adler from BASF emphasized the advantages of the WIVIO software, such as the joint creation of current knowledge entries, low user threshold, active information distribution. Marco Hagspiel from LCS Cable Cranes presented the connection between quality management and WBI and Matthias Burtscher presented best practice examples for knowledge-oriented company organization at management level.

At the WBI sessions, interested parties and existing customers were given an insight into the WBI world and an outlook on the future importance of knowledge as a resource and the functions of the software. The integration into the current Microsoft Office world as well as essential knowledge management functions were presented. At the software demo station that was set up, the guests at Simon Schattauer from WBI Consulting were able to test the WIVIO software directly and see the advantages for themselves.

The culinary offer was provided by MO Catering and ensured satisfied guests. The refreshments from Kolibri Eis were also gladly accepted. After the event, there was an invitation to socialize. WBI Managing Director Alexander Koblinger was enthusiastic about the course of the event: “It was an extremely interesting meeting place. We notice that companies are increasingly understanding the importance of knowledge management and integrating it into their everyday work. Because this is the only way to lay the foundation for a sustainable company.”
