The dismissal of Christophe Nobili by “the Chained Duck” was refused by the Labor Inspectorate, announced this Wednesday, May 17 to AFP this journalist who had revealed suspicions of fictitious employment within the satirical weekly.

This decision dated May 15 is subject to appeal. But in the meantime, “the Chained Duck” “is obliged to reinstate me and pay me my salary”because this recourse “is not suspensive”, added the journalist. According to him, the appeal can be filed within two months, either before the administrative court or before the Minister of Labour, Olivier Dussopt.
