The popular third-person roguelike shooter from housemarque, returnablealready has a release date for pcEast February 15, 2023.

In a PlayStation Blog post, Housemarque has also revealed the game’s final technical requirements and what PC features fans can expect when Returnal launches next month.

The PC port of Returnal has been something of an open secret for PlayStation Studios and Housemarque for the past few months. From the Nvidia and Steam leaks early last year to Housemarque’s own PC unveiling of the game at GDC in September, fans more or less expected Returnal for PC to be announced at the Game Awards.

More recently, Returnal revealed its initial “Minimum” and “Recommended” technical requirements, which call for a hefty 16GB of RAM on the recommended configuration.

Today’s post on the PlayStation Blog brings the PC port of Returnal to the fore, announcing that the game will launch this February 15 on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Fans can expect to see Nvidia’s DLSS and AMD’s FSR scaling solutions to help boost performance, along with Nvidia’s NIS support for those unable to run DLSS or FSR.

Returnal’s ray tracing feature set now also includes ray traced reflections on PC, and the game also supports ultra-wide 21:9 and 32:9 resolutions.

Other features include ray-traced 3D audio using proprietary 3D audio solutions or Dolby Atmos. The port will also include full support for DualSense on PC.
