“The defendants have traits of perversity and considered Lucio Dupuy as an ‘obstacle’ in their relationship.” That says part of the psychological and psychiatric tests carried out on Magdalena Espósito Valenti and Abigail Páez, mother of the victim and her partner. This Thursday the verdict of the trial for the crime will be known.

The experts also highlighted that both Lucio’s mother and his girlfriend share another determining characteristic and that it brings to light many other issues in relation to the homicide of the minor. The women who have been imprisoned since November 2021 have ‘rejection of men’, confirm the expertise.
Lucio lived through an ordeal that came to an end on Friday, November 26, 2021, after being brutally beaten. He entered the Evita Hospital in Santa Rosa convulsing, but despite the effort they made to stabilize him, the doctors could not save him.
The forensic report also found that the victim had bite marks and cigarette burns prior to the event and signs of having been sexually abused.
