The Rolling Stones are back!
After 18 years without releasing a new album, on the afternoon of this Wednesday, September 6, Mick Jagger (80), Keith Richards (79) y Ron Wood (76) gathered a whole crowd at the Hackney Empire Theater in London to publicize the release of his next studio album: ‘Hackney Diamonds’.
This represents the first full-length material released by Their Satanic Majesties from the far’A Bigger Bang‘, 2005, and it will be revealed until next October 20. However, the London group has left a preview of what his fans can expect at the premiere of the music video for ‘Angry’, the first single from the album.
The audiovisual, lasting 3:45 minutes, stars actress Sydney Sweeney, who travels aboard a red convertible, while the group greets her from the billboards, showing themselves at different stages of their musical career.

The reason the Rolling Stones took 18 years to release a new album
The release of this new album comes as a surprise for all those who have followed in the footsteps of the band in some of its stages in the last 61 years, which has led many fans to question, Why has the group taken so long to release new music?
between laughs, Mick Jagger confessed that the only reason behind his absence in the last 18 years is his laziness: “Why have we taken 18 years to release a record? Well, because we are very lazy”, he pointed.
As for inspiration, Jagger revealed that death of drummer Charlie Watts (80), who was an active member of the band from its inception, in 1963, until his death, in 2021; It was one of the stimuli to finalize the launch.
“Everything is different since Charlie left, he will always be the fourth. He came to record two songs with us in 2019.
