Blas Cinalli, 21, communicated through text messages with journalists from Chronicle TV. There she made it clear what she thinks of the media coverage of the case that shocked the country: “Hello. I wanted to ask you if you would do us a favor and stop talking bad about me and each one of my friends, since nobody and none of us disrespect you. I don’t understand why they have so much hate towards us. Sorry, we already asked, surely nothing will be solved with that, but at least we apologize for this fact that happened, they listen to us everywhere. Let live, we have no life, they live talking bad about us. Cut it, pay, we are already paying from the first day”.
Cinalli is one of the eight young men convicted of the crime against Fernando Báez Sosa in Villa Gesell. And he was surprised when he declared that together with Ayrton Violaz and Lucas Pertosi they are “distanced” from the rest of the convicts: “Ayrton, Lucas and I are a bit distanced from the other boys”.
“I just want people to know that, and that none of us came up with a plan to kill anyone. There were no roles, those things never existed. I don’t want them to like me but I do want to stop receiving so many insults and it would do me great for people to see these messages.”
Cinalli was sentenced to 15 years in prison, the same sentence as Ayrton Viollaz and Lucas Pertossi, It is very likely that they will be transferred shortly to a different prison from the rest of the group, which faces life sentences.
