The officialism of La Plata seeks to reactivate the work of the asphalt on the paving in the Rocha square, works that are stopped by order of the Justice. Within this framework, a draft resolution was presented to the Deliberative Council to ask for the work to be completed as soon as possible and express concern about the paralysis.
The file is motorized by the president of the Deliberative Council, Dario Gandugliaand manifests the “worry” of the body by “the unfinished state of the paving works and giving them to public transport on the ring road of Plaza Rocha” and points out that the current situation generates “a great negative impact” for the inhabitants, merchants and passers-by in the area.

In the end, Ganduglia insists that the cobblestones “cause road accidents, since they are slippery, making it difficult for large vehicles to brake, as well as for motorcyclists and cyclists, causing collisions and falls that cause injuries and material damage to individuals and the State”.
