The oral debate that has been taking place since last week in the Criminal Court One of Eldorado for the murder of the farmer couple of Comandante Andresito, Hilario Kirschner (61) and Mirta Sachser (54), killed with two shots each in September 2019 inside your home, enters its definition stage.
With the statement of the last witnesses that remain pending, among them the contribution of a man who for the prosecution is of vital importance to listen to his story, this morning the fourth hearing of the debate will be held that has as the only defendant for the fact the son of Alejandro Daniel Kirschner (24).
The young man is accused of double homicide aggravated by the relationship and by the use of a firearm, in a real contest with the possession of a firearm for civilian use, without the proper legal authorization.
The indictment provides for a life sentence in prison if found guilty.
During the last day held last Thursday, Marta Isabel Kirschner, one of the nieces of the victims, said that she was aware of the problem that her cousin Alejandro Kirschner had with drug use, as well as the bad relationship he had the young man with his father for the rebellion that the accused showed every time the deceased scolded him for not getting a job or helping him with the work on the farm.
Beyond all this, the witness admitted not having the certainty or any data that points to the defendant as responsible for the double crime. And she, during much of her statement, was very hurt by the tragedy that reached her uncles in 2019.
Another niece of the deceased who testified was Silvia Kirschner. At the request of the prosecutor Federico Rodríguez, the woman’s appearance was requested, since although the cell phone of the murdered woman was never found, it could be established through the telephone records that this niece was one of the people who called the number of Sachser moments after the murder.
In response to this query, the witness clarified that she called her relative but with the intention of locating her aunt’s missing device. On the other hand, one of the last people believed to have spoken with the victims was Fabián Sachser, brother of the murdered farmer.
As stated in the file, this man, who is a truck driver, had a communication with his sister hours before the incident was discovered. According to the witness, that night he was returning to the province from a trip to Buenos Aires.
On the way, near Paraje Cuatro Bocas, he called his relative and spoke with her and his brother-in-law Hilario. Although she did not mention any indication of any conflict or issue that caught her attention during the telephone communication.
Another of the contributions that were heard was that of Leandro Fabián Silva, a friend of the accused. This young man commented that during the first minutes of September 21, 2019, the accused went to visit him and recalled that when the witness tried to shake his acquaintance’s hand, he said no and excused himself by saying that moments before his dog had bitten him. and had caused him an injury.
He added that they went to another point in the town with the intention of contacting a marijuana seller from whom they tried to buy the drug. However, the purchase was not made due to lack of money, so minutes later the defendant left it at his house and left the place.
