Silvino and Graciela, the parents of Fernando Báez Sosa, entered the courts shortly after 9:20, accompanied by their sponsoring attorneys, Fernando Burlando and Fabián Améndola.
The parents of the victim will not be located in the main room, but in an adjoining room, separated from the accused and their families.

The father – who claimed not to know the defendants – said that his daughter is not emotionally prepared to face trial. “She is quite whole but she was not prepared to face what she experienced on the day of the event, beyond not being present at the time of the event,” she stated.

Lucas was one of the friends who accompanied Fernando when he left Le Brique after the meeting with the rugbiers. In the line-up in which he participated, he marked Máximo Thomsen as one of those who hit the young law student. The defendants were not accused of injuring him, as they were five other friends of Báez Sosa.
Filardi, on the other hand, assured that he was beaten, but not with the same violence with which the murdered young man was attacked.
The rugbiers accused of killing Fernando Báez Sosa returned to the room of the Oral Criminal Court No. 1 in Dolores for the second hearing of the trial against him.
