The preliminary result of the autopsy carried out on Emanuel Rosendo Portillo, the 20-year-old young man who was found murdered last Friday, December 30, in an area of weeds in the town of Azara, yielded chilling results.
Sources involved in the investigation told this morning paper that forensic studies determined that the victim received 42 stab wounds. Six of them were penetrating and in turn caused his death.
At the moment, the investigation has no detainees, beyond the fact that Justice had initially set its eyes on another young man who apparently had a romantic relationship with the victim.
However, the search carried out by the Misiones Police at his home did not yield any elements that link him for the moment with the horrendous murder.
On the other hand, yesterday afternoon and about 1,100 meters from the place where the body was found, members of the Homicide Department found the bicycle shot 29 of Portillo.
The vehicle was missing from the moment of the event and it is believed that the victim reached a sector of Lot 200 of the aforementioned town to meet his murderer.
In addition, the investigations managed to kidnap a black backpack inside which was a butcher-type knife, with a white plastic handle and a pliers.
These elements will be examined in the next few hours in search of biological traces.
It also transpired that the aforementioned bag was found hidden in the trunk of a tree, 700 meters from where they found Portillo, by a local resident who was looking for fertilizer in the area.
On the other hand, it is expected that this morning, relatives of the young man will carry out a peaceful march through the town to demand justice for Emanuel.
