A Microsoft has made the decision not to increase the wages of workers who are with the company full-time, says the Business Insider website.

Redmond’s technology justifies the decision with the existence of “tumultuous economic conditions”, with the message being passed by CEO Satya Nadella to the company’s managers and team leaders.

“As a senior leadership team, we do not take this decision lightly as it has been considered over several months and we believe it is necessary to set the company up for long-term success”notes Nadella in the email.

It should be remembered, however, that last year, Nadella’s annual salary increased by 10% and is now at 55 million dollars – the equivalent of 50.3 million euros.
