How do Mo’cycle airbag jeans work?

In appearance, normal jeans. But underneath, airbag technology that can save motorcyclists’ lives. How does this technology work? It’s simple. During an accident, the shock allows a small bottle of CO2 to inflate the garment instantly. Thanks to this reactivity of the order of milliseconds, the pilot sees the airbags activate before touching the ground, which dampens the violence of the impact. And therefore possible injuries.

To prevent the device put in place by Mo’cycle from triggering for nothing, the technology requires a force of about 40 kg. The airbags only inflate in the event of an accident violent enough for the CO2 bottle to puncture and activate the device.

Where and when can I buy my airbag jeans?

It is from from February 28 that the crowdfunding of Mo’cycle starts on Indiegogo. However, you will have to go to the checkout to offer you increased protection since the airbag jeans are $499. But your safety and your life are priceless!

The jeans are available in black and blue colors and can be washed. If the airbags have already been used, simply fit a new CO2 bottle. Note that in addition to jeans, Mo’cycle offers a jacket that protects the upper body and your spine. By combining the two, motorcyclists benefit from better protection.
